Allergies

Had a pacers placed on 1/8/18. I have developed a semicircular rash about ten inches below the pacer. Itches! Any thoughts?

Not quite a rash, but ...

... after I got home from open heart surgery, I found I was getting red spots close to, but not on, the long scar down my chest.  I queried them with my Cardiologist, who didn't have an answer.  I wondered if it was some sort of infection, and so I bought some of the "surgical scrub" cleaning stuff and those strong 'Tena Cellduk' paper towels that you can get wet without them disintegrating, both of which they had asked me to use in hospital when I showered before surgery.  I used these to wash to a higher standard of cleanliness than usual, and the spots disappeared.  After a few weeks I returned to normal shower gel etc and have been fine for the three years since then.
