I wanted to wish everyone all the best in 2018. It's hard to believe that Pacemaker Club will is celebrating our 18th anniversary this month. We get much satisfaction from helping new and veteran recipients meet, support each other and share information.
Like many, I have some resolutions for 2018. I want to start eating and exercising better. My goal is to get back to following a Primal lifestyle. For those interested, visit marksdailyapple.com to learn more.
Let us know what you have planned for 2018!
Best of health,
Blake

And Tracey, and all the PMC members.
I have to get seriously on track with diet and even more exercise too. (There goes my HR).
Most of my numbers are good except for cholesterol....and that darn scale.....very challenging nowadays.

But I think it will make me feel a lot better. My stamina to walk is already better, even right after surgery. They had me walk all around the floor before they would release me. I did so without being exhausted and winded the way I had been.
Happy new year!

Wishing you and your family a happy and healthy 2018! Hard to believe this site has been around almost 20 years.
No resolutions here, but I am starting a Whole Life Challenge in a few weeks to get my eating back on track. I went from 90% clean/paleo to mayyyyybe 60%. Gotta fix that! Check it out, it's a great way to jump start healthy living, you track food, water, exercise, even mindfulness.
