Pacemaker after sympathectomy (ETS Surgery)

Dear Members,

We are new to the forum and this is our first post.  We are looking into the possibility of a  dual chamber pacemaker to address crippling  chronic fatigue/difficulty standing resulting from  bilateral Sympathectomy surgery for hyperhidrosis (known as ETS for hand sweating).

Does anyone know anything about the application of a pacemaker for someone with a Sympathectomy? This surgery unwittingly capped maximum heart rate at 135, down from over 200. Accordingly, suffering from bradycardia and POTS (Postular Orthostatic Intolerance) as not getting adequate blood flow/volume to the upper body and brain, particularly when standing.

Advance thanks for any guidance and/or referral to someone with a sympathectomy and pacemaker.

Ron
