Drop down menu query

I have contacted this site’s admin with a query. Here is a copy of our exchange:

Hello,

I and many others have a combination CRT and ICD implanted (known as a CRT-D) but we are unable to declare this in our profile. It seems we have to choose one or the other BUT neither is correct!!!

Are you able to add CRT-D to the drop down menu to reflect this need?

Thanks for the email and bringing this to our attention.  I will have it added the next time we make some changes.
