Nov. 1 was 2 months post surgery.  How did I spend the day? A 7.75 Mile hike near Sedona,  AZ!! Hoped to share a picture,  but don't see how.  I had no problems,  just normal fatigue.  Hubby was tired like I was.

I am still tender at the incision site and can't sleep face down,  but it's improving! I was very careful to follow Dr. instructions about limited arm movements  after my nurse at device check told me she recently had a patient pull both leads out of his heart 4 weeks post-surgery.  He'd helped his wife wash windows.  Oh my!

If you're brand new to Pacemaker Club,  don't give up! You WILL get to feeling like yourself again before long. Keep an attitude of gratitude and rejoice that this technology is available for us!

Got a photo posted (from one of last week's hikes). Thx for the instructions on how to do that!)

So glad you are doing well!

To add a picture, go to MEMBERS ONLY then click on MEMBER GALLERY then the red UPLOAD button on the right.

You can also do html code here in the comment box or in the post itself if you know how to do that, but the picture would have to be posted somewhere else and linked.

Congrats!
