cost

I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a monthly charge for a Biotronik home montering system and if so what the cost is.

I don't know what the cost is, I do know St. Jude's got approval from my insurance (Medicare + United Healthcare Supplemental) and assume they pay St. Jude's direct. I never see any bills or payments.

I have the Biotronek home monitoring system as well. I have not been billed for any costs associated with the device, other than initial implantation. The only charge I saw was when the doctors office did a scheduled "device check" a month ago. They billed the normal doc office visit rate for that. But nothing from Biotronek.
