(Sorry for my English im italian) i am an Italian guy just turned 20 years old and as many of you i got a pacemaker, in italy you don't have to pay any cost to put the pacemaker or for visits, checks or whatever because in italy health insurance is free... I have a dream.. My dream is to become an usa citizen by ,hopefully, winning the visa lottery.. My question is (i have alredy a pacemaker) what should i do when i first come there? I need quickly a private insurance? What do you suggest?

I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for pacemakers. I've had mine for 35+ years. I was fainting all of the time and had flat-lined also. I feel very blessed to live in this time of technology.
