My rate response was turned off the other day because I complained about the yucky feeling going over bumpy road I have to go over every day! Now that is gone. I notice, my heart rate goes back really fast to my low setting heart rate of 60 really fast now. Stays around there. Yesterday , I felt like a low sugar attack after exercise. Dr raised my Metoprolol by a half a pill.twice a day. Is it normal for my heart rate to stay there and go back so quick after exercise? I know this med keeps your heart rate low. Just wondering. He wants my blood pressure lower because of afib. I am feeling dizzy again with the new adjustment. No fun!!!Blood pressure was 1o6/61 after exercise. I am a plus sized girl so low for me!! ( I worry too much, I know) hope all are having a nice weekend!!

They turned off the setting that artirfiicially keeps your rate up, so it's not surprising your rate is dropping quickly now.
Meds will drop your bp and make you dizzy. Dizziness will go away wiht time but if that's very low bp for you call and tell them. Stay hydrated and eat something salty until it's back in a normal range., and be careful!!!!
