Heart Attack?

I just celebrated my first anniversary with a pacemaker.  I have felt terrific ever since I received one.

Last night I felt some "pinching" in the area of my pacemaker.  When I got up this morning and prepared to go to work, I had a lot of pinching and my arm and shoulder were painful, so much so I couldn't pick my purse up.

I went to work and called the doctor.  Didn't get a call back yet but I feel really tired and still have numbing in my left arm.

Any ideas?

If you're really afraid you might be having a heart attack, get someone to drive you to the ER. DON'T DRIVE YOURSELF.

It might be nothing, but if it's something, you need medical attention and you need it now.
