Depressed

I need all the help you guys are willing to spare. I have to go to a pain clinic today, for back problems. ( another story, ) Well, as I was filling out the book of papers they sent me, I read over all the stuff I have. I know, I am 65, but till I re-read my list of conditions I felt ok. All my blood work is perfect, my heart ejection fraction is good, 55-60, no structure problems. But, I do have a pacemaker, and was just diagnosed with Afib, and have been using a Cpap machine for 5 years( mild to moderate apnea) So, then I listed my other stuff, knee replacement, bad arthritis in right foot. Morphea Scleroderma( skin only) . Anxiety Disorder! (My other knee sucks now too, ) obese ( not morbidly anymore, still losing weight) So, now I have been sitting  here crying thinking I may not be around much longer. Now, here's the thing, I can actually accept that, but my husband and I argue everyday, my quality of life is bad because of my back hurting and fighting with him. I exercise every day, 40min and weights and bike every other day! I am grouchy about everything and now depressed!! Does anyone have a pacemaker ,cpap, and Afib and been living awhile!! Help me get off the pity party merry go round!! Many thanks!! Ilene, I have been getting lots of jumps and skips in throat lately! Hate them!thank you again in advance!ileen
