Achy?

I am about 10 weeks post PM placement (my first one)

I have my three month evaluation scheduled in about 2.5 weeks.  My concern at the moment is a constant achy feeling to the left shoulder/neck and upper arm.  It feels weak or overused but I am not doing anything beyond ordinary daily activities.  Has this been a thing for new recipients?  Does this fade over time?  It is quite irritating.
