The article says "acceptance must be pushed by doctors" because the big pacemaker companies are not likely to. (paraphrased.)

It can also be pushed by patients who are aware they have a choice. If enough of us speak up, and then go where His-bundle pacing is offered as one choice out of several, the market place will catch up.
