summary. pre crt-d procedure, EF was 10-15. increased to 35-40 up until this year. last exho showed decrease to 30-35. they think its due to PVCs or extra beats. any thoughts on this? feel fine but i. concerned that decline will continue.

It may be the first time we've felt a normal heart rhythm in a long time, so of course it seems too fast and too strong.

I too have a crt-d. EF can fluctuate overtime. Also there is a standard of error +/- 5%.
So at any given time you may measure different, but that can also be normal.
What we have to worry about is the EF trend. This can only be known by measuring over time. (My doc uses 2 months increments if they detect a change.).
So if you feel okay, I would not worry too much.
