Recall

Today a friend told me a St. Jude's pm had been recalled some months back.  Where do I get accurate info, please.

If yours was recalled, your doctor and/or St Judes would have contacted you. When in doubt, give them a call. Their customer service is terrific. Just give them your name and they'll be able to pull up what device you have.

I'm on my 5th SJM device and have had nothing but excellent experiences with their customer service and technicians. I was offered another brand last time but wasn't willing to give up my amazing technicians so I said no thanks. One of them has been taking care of me since my first implant over 20 years ago, there's nothing about these devices he doesn't know.

Have had mine only six years, but definitely no complaints.  Relocated about 18 months ago, necessitating finding all new docs.  Am on my second cardiologist and second SJ tech since the move.  Don't feel very "settled" yet.  My prior team was just the best.  Happy to hear reports of good experiences.
