Talk to your doctor. Some conditions and medications do not mix with alcohol, but in general if the only thing wrong is fixed with the pacer, alcohol in moderation is ok.

I don't believe a pacemaker by itself would cause and issue but certain medications and alcohol do not mix.

I switched to a congenital specialist recently and we were going over my lifestyle habits at my first visit. The first thing he asked about was soda, said he really prefers his patients not drink it.  I never drink soda anyway so didn't ask his reasons. He's ok with wine in moderation, tho he said pick red over white. That's advice I can live with :) 

People have died from red bull in excess.

All in moderation.

At my first checkup after receiving PM I asked about sex.  The tech said it was OK him but left the when and how often up to my wife.
