Pain around pace maker site

I had my St. Jude Medical PM installed in July of 2012 and have had no problems until now. Over the last several months I have had a dull pain around the site the PM in the morning after I wake up. I think its related to the postion I sleep in. The PM is on my left side...and I start out sleep ing on my right side but I move to my left site sometime during the night. Has anyone experience this...
