Biotronik pacemaker implanted 4 weeks ago

Im wondering how long it will take before I feel better.  I had sss with heart stopping and having a hard time restarting for the reason I needed the pm.  I can feel it when it resets, or turn on expecially if I bend over.  Im 64 and had a-fib for about 30 years prior and a cryo ablation in 2013.  I have no energy, headaches expecially when I am just waking up, shakey, dizzy, not much concentraion.  Im also having hot flashes mostly in the evening which I havent had in over 15 years.  My lifting and reaching overhead restrictions should be over with in a week.  Im wondering if anyone else is having a hard time feeling better or am I expecting too much too soon?  I dont know what to expect.  I think my pm is set for my heart not to go below 60, but I think thats all its supposed to do.  Its not supposed to keep me from going to high.  Ive been getting nauseated at times also.  Should I be concerned or am I too anxious to feel great?  I didnt think Ide be able to feel it turn on and off, or reset itself every night.  The best thing I have noticed is I am breathing a lot better!  My skin is pulled over the implant and its so thin Im afraid my clothes will rub my skin off of the pm, or my seatbelt.  It stays so soar.  Thanks!
