What to expect with EP for tachy-brady syndrome?

Hey all, I've posted here before. I have recently got my results back from a new cardiologist(didn't exactly see eye to eye with the old one). Just had a tilt table and 14-day monitor done.
So, the tilt table test. I was told it was a negative response, for the most part I felt fine during it, and didn't seem to provoke much of any symptoms, and I guess I responded normally.
The 14 day monitor/event log showed "severe bradycardia during waking, active hours"(which they said corresponds to when I logged symptoms, and meet the criteria for symptomatic bradycardia). Sinus rate got as low as 27bpm(sleep), 30s while awake is normal at rest for me. It also showed pauses up to 3 seconds, some supraventricular ectopic beats, junctional rhythms, and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. So due to all that I'm being referred to an EP for "tachy-brady syndrome".
I'm male in my 30s. The previous doctor said this was all normal at my age, and I shouldn't have symptoms(right). I'm not sure what to expect now. I've read about EP studies/testing, how they're not very specific, and will just confirm what's already documented. I don't like the idea of invasive testing like that if it's not necessary.
Anybody know what I might expect during the appointment? I'm thinking they'll either recommend a PM and maybe medications(which I've come to terms with, I'm fine with that), or an EP study for more data. It's not for another month and I know this will be bothering me until then. If anybody else has had similar things going on, how did it go for you?
Thanks.
