Does anyone know if there is there a pacemaker friendly smart watch on the market?

Have used FitBit and Apple Watch

I have an ICD, not a pacemaker, but I have used both a FitBit and the Apple Watch and neither have created any issues with my device.

No smart watch or fitness type of wrist monitor has anything that can effect a Pacemaker.

If you are looking for one with optical HR the PM should not affect it.

But a number of people (with and without a PM) do have problems getting them to work. Have to change side or from front to back of wrist.

Also optical HR devices have know to have problems tracking HR during exercise.
