Hi for a couple of months I've been feeling a pulsing sensation under left breast. Sometimes weak, others strong. It can last all day and on other occasions just a short period of time. I've timedit and it's in time with my pulse. In addition getting breathless when I go upstairs, but can manage a spin class.
Ive had my pacemaker for four years and had this strange sensation for the last few months.
Local GP says it is a muscle twitch but I'm not sure. Just feels weird and at times very annoying
Thanks in advance 😀

Thank you. Not due annual check til May. I know I should go and see the medical measurement team at hospital but don't want to waste their time if it's nothing.
Wasting their time?

You would not be wasting anyone's time if you went in, got checked-out and it was nothing. If that happened, it would give you piece of mind. It is always worth the time to get a little piece of mind. You should go....................
call for sure

It's not wasting their time! If there is a lead issue, they may be able to fix it with programming. If it's not a lead, then you know not to wonder about it.
1st thing Monday

I have a well tuned pacer. I hardly know I have it. I am 76 year old, hike and camp alone in the desert. I have more energy than I have had in a long time. The only problem is my wife wants to have a knob installed so she can turn the pacer down.
pacer check?

Has the pacer been checked? If something is going on with one of the leads, it would show up in the interrogation report. It's more likely it's a twitch but can't hurt to rule out a lead issue.
For some reason many of us can work out like fiends and be fine but still get short of breath on the stairs. I don't understand why, but it's very common.
