Cannabis

new recipient of a Boston Scientific PM, seems to be working very fine, a few minor lite-headednss events, Dr. increased use of Lopressor. I'm an "ex-hippie"

kinda guy, gay (retired) long time cannabis user, now only eat small amounts in the evening with small amount of Chardonnay.

Thoughts, ideas, experience, anyone

Ex Hippie

I'm not sure what you are seeking comments on.  I have no issues with you being a gay, ex hippie, pot consuming guy that enjoys some wine.  What ever lights your candle.  Just make it legal and don't get arrested.  Cardiac care is probably not too good in the slammer.

thanks, Artist, I am only asking what thoughts anyone might wish to share re the moderate use of Cannabis/Chardonnay by a newbie PM recipient like me. Its a simple matter of quality of life.

Totally legal, having a Medical Cannabis letter & authorized user. Here in Mill Valley, we have an efficient service that delivers to my door.

Not much shared experience David

Although I can't share your experiences of being either gay or a  cannabis user  I do enjoy Chardonnay.

Something you need to be aware of is that metoprolol ( Lopressor ) plus Chardonnay can increase feelings of dizzyness and drowsiness . You may well think that it is worth it though !   Also as cannabis can cause tachycardia you probably need the Lopressor to bring your heart rate down.

Best of luck

Ian.

Cannabis & Chardonnay

Thanks, Ian, re the Chardonnay, that is precisely why I enjoy a small glass at bedtime. The dizziness comes with the territory, but has never been an issue.

My issue is if its reasonable OK to enjoy Mother Nature responsibly with a PM..welcome further commentary.
