Heart block.....and other issues

Does anyone know if someone with heartblock, like myself, more likely to encounter 'other issues' related to problems of the heart? If yes, what they might be? Thank you...

Heart Block

I have congenital heart block and have had a PM for 30 years. I have no other heart problems. I don't know of any other heart problems associated with heart block. To the best of my knowledge you have no more chance of any other problems than anyone else.

Sometimes people end up with afib or other electrical issues over time, sometimes av block stays av block. It doesn't much matter, if we develop other things they are almost always electrical which means we already have the fix. I have congenital av block also. I started getting svt (atrial tachycardia) when I work out about 10 years ago, sometimes I have chronotropic incompetence (rate doesn't go up enough on exertion) and sometimes my rate goes up like it's supposed to but takes a sudden nosedive. As each of these came up, they adjusted my settings and I felt good again.
