Induction cookware and pace maker

a friend has given me 2 induction saucepans ... I have a ceramic cook top ...so. The magnetic field will not be in force ...but am wondering if by just using the induction pans it will trigger a reaction with my pacemaker ... Thanks for any input ...

If they are advertised as "induction pans" that is pure hype.
It is just that they have metal in them reacts to magnetic waves.
One common material is Cast Iron, which has been around long, long before induction cooking.
However, there is one precaution that needs to be taken.
Dropping a cast iron pot on your foot can hurt.

...It cannot happen. The pans cannot generate a magnetic field by themselves. It takes the cook top to generate it. You are safe.
