Dual chamber pacemaker

Sorry, I was recently out of town Became very SOB , and the hotel rep called the paramedics. Upon arrival they said my heart rate was been 160- 190 beats for about 20 mins. They wanted to transport me to the hospital and they wanted me to stay overnight but I was there in a new city at a conference. When I reached I had one of the keg techs at work due an EKG and the rate was sinus, with pecs  and prolonged  qt interval. I have not had the rate exceed 120 since I've been back but I am having skipped beats. Is this something I need to let the doctor know since I am not sob anymore or just wait until the 3 mths check up. Thanks for your help😊😊

I just want to share about the quality of life after my pacemaker, and hopefully increase awareness that lifestyles do not have to be drastically modified just because we are pacemaker recipients.
