My husband still feeling fatigue and has episodes

It's about 2 months since my husband had his pacemaker. He had no major prior symptomsa and then wham, he passed out 3 times in one day and 2 times were at hospital...heart stopped for 76 seconds. At pacemaker clinic about 2 weeks ago they said it didn't have to kick in. He was off work until recently due to weight lifting restrictions (no light duty). But he has been feeling very tired and gets episodes quite often since this has happened were he gets very dizzy and sweaty and feels like he can pass out. His dad just recently passed away and I'm sure stress with keeping up with work doesn't help. He told his cardiologist about this and didn't seem concerned and made it seem like it was just anxiety. Has anyone else felt this way? He sees his family doctor soon and I'd like to know what questions to ask. Any help would be appreciated. He is 59yrs old otherwise in good shape and health and is on blood pressure meds. I tell him to keep monitoring his pressure at home and make a jornel when these episodes happen but he doesn't. But it seems like when I know of them it's not when he's doing or under any stress.

I have seen more and more people with same problems. The best way to asses is on treadmill and get your HR checked during this to ensure it has a good response, does he get cold hand and feet leg cramps restless sleep?
