Short cough after missed beat

Anyone know or experience the same as me.  I am awaiting a lead replacement surgery and have developed a silly cough every time my heart pauses and the pacemaker clicks in. It's just a single cough, not a coughing fit. But there is a definite urge to cough. Anyone else had this?

when ever I get that weird extra beat I always cough or have the worse coughing fits .. I thought I was the only one lol
