''There must be a better way" !
These units and all durable pieces MUST be reused, recycled .. what is the alternative ? The medical field should accept these things and particate in reuse/recycle . And , I think that $$money$$ should not be involved .

I know Nada about this stuff. It was my dad's and he passed in February. My mom don't like seeing all this med equipment around so I figured it was expensive orsomething. Idk what to do with it. Just thought maybe someone else cud use it without paying a fortune. I tried calling them but ya gotta go thru a gazillion prompts just to talk to someone...guess I'll try again
How to return Merlin@home transmtiter

Hi neecy918@gmail.com- I recommend emailing Merlin's tech support at MyMerlin@sjm.com to request a return kit to be sent to you at no cost. It comes with a prepaid label- all you have to do is pack up the Merlin and call the number on the label to schedule a FedEx pick-up :)

Not Sure About This

It seems to me that the Merlin transmitter should be furnished as a result of a doctor's prescription and covered by insurance. Without following those channels I am not sure how an independently purchased piece of medical equipment would then be monitored and be of any use.
