Heading for hols

Well off on holiday on Saturday and so looking forward to it. We are heading for the French Alps walking and to think 2 months ago I could hardly get up a couple of flights of stairs.

My lower rate adjustment has made a big difference and have started the bisoprolol (not sure if I will need it for long) , feeling so well it's weird, keep waiting for some thing to kick off!. I know its still relatively early days but so far getting the AV node zapped has been great for me. Fingers x that there aren't problems later on but the Dr's see know reason for things to go off.

Can't wait to get going, honestly I almost have a brain back - menopause permitting lol!.

One wee techy question, can you tell if your PVARP is too long ?
