Torso shaking

I have a question and know sounds crazy, I have saint jude pacemaker when I go to having issues with heart which are pain in chest arms and neck gaining water weight which these seem to be a normal think for me. I also start having shaking spells in my torso seeming to be brought on by activities and heat afterwards I am real sore in chest area around the heart, my ? Is has anyone else had this to happen.
