Hi I am 23 years old and have had my pacemaker 4 years I'm recently starting to get really bad headaches and feeling dizzy...  Any ideas if this is anything to do with my pacemaker

It's unlikely anything cardiac is causing the headaches but dizziness is possible. I'd start with your GP. Really bad anything should always be checked out asap! Good luck.
