I put a call into my cardio since the intermittent pain hasn't stopped since 10am this morning.
I've had something similiar after doing push ups but haven't done any in awhile so wasn't sure what this almost like nerve pain all over top portion of pacemaker. No other symptoms. Any ideas or similar exp?

You know you're wired when...
You have a little piece of high-tech in your chest.

I have had my pacer since 2005. At first it ruled my life. It took some time to calm down and make the mental adjustment. I had trouble sleeping and I worried a lot about pulling wires. Now I just live my life as I wish.
top portion?

Do you mean around the box as opposed to in the heart? Sometimes we aggravate the scar tissue around the device it'self. I've done it from something new at the gym, yard work, even a new video game (boxing on the Wii, my sister and I might have gone a little overboard punching each other). If you've done something like that, ice may help.
If it's unexplained chest pain, you should go to the ER. Better safe than sorry!
