can the leads move?

Hi every one!!! Its me again..jeje. I just have this question. Every time i am in the shower washing my hair i feel like my heart is racing. I dont know if its because i have my arm way up so that i can wash my hair..or if its that i have it stretched too far for too long...but i feel funny and sometimes a little dizzy. Can the leads move if i do this for too long? I have had this pacemaker already for almost 2 years so i didnt think the leads would move out of place. But it is just weird that if i hold my arm up for too long i start to feel funny. And i feel more skipped beats at that time too. Has any one felt this? Thanks in advance for your time and advice. God bless.

Not sure what kind of pacemaker you have, but mine responds to "arm motions".

For months I wasn't able to climb stairs without feeling 110 yrs old.

After a couple of "adjustments", the head of the PM clinic told me how to get the most out of my PM.

He stated that if you move your arms around before climbling stairs/walking, you'll do better because you've "woken up" your pacemaker.

I suspect that you are "waking up" or stimulating your pacemaker when you wash your hair.

Mine goes into race mode when I wash my hair too, so I had my hair cut. Not really short but shorter.

I've been much more aware of how to move/not move my arms since that discussion.

I was told to keep my arms still while watching tv, thought it was a dumb comment til I sat down with a cuppa tea and the mail. THEN, I noticed that between lifting my cuppa and reaching for envelopes also sets it racing.....sounds nutty but it's true.

Good to know if you want to climb stairs though! lol

Forgot to say, I don't think it's the leads. :-)
