Strange, bubbling sensation. Normal?

Hi. I got my pacemaker a little over a month ago. It was inserted on a Tuesday. 1 week later, I was diagnosed with pneumonia and put into an induced coma for 16 days, so I am not sure if this has been going on all along, or just started.
I have been feeling a strange bubbling, or fizzy feeling where the pacemaker is, followed by a couple of minutes of rapid, pounding heartbeat. Is this normal?
