Fatigue

I am just about 87 yo...have had a PM for 4 yrs...regular and uneventful checkups...joined a gym for my debilitating arthritic knees...but I do get fatigued more than I like. "More than I like" meaning that a 45 minute walk fatigues me. Since the physical tests don't alarm my doctor, should I just accept that I am getting old and probably some other parts of me, such as my knees, are working in a diminished way?

I'm just 76 yo and tire after 76 paces ..so I stop for 7.6 seconds and continue .. carrying my 7.6 kg load .
Suz is correct ..with her encouragement and assessments .

Maybe ? :)

I sure wish I did not get fatigued after a walk, period !!
I'm nearly 58, and I can't walk that much/long.
You could try something a little easier, like Tai Chi, very gentle on the body, but is still a good work out.
You are doing GREAT in my opinion !
Keep it going!!!!

I'm 85 and after a 30 minute walk I have had it, you are doing great. There are many people younger that can't walk.

You know you're wired when...

You prefer rechargeable batteries.
