USA insurance

Hi,
Planning a trip to Hawaii at the end of the year and could do with a steer on the question of who to ask about travel insurance? Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I'm in the US. When I travel outside the US, I get insurance here through my travel agent. There are plans specifically for travel.

My travel agents company uses Allianz. If I'm planning a trip and not using my TA I just go to Allianz website and buy insurance direct. Have had a claim in the past and no issues getting my money back. I always make sure I have pre-existing medical coverage.

Life Flight Insurance

While in Kauai, Hawaii, waiting to be transported to Honolulu for implant, I purchased 'gap' 'insurance with Life Flight Air Ambulance - good for 1 year. Cheap too. WELL WORTH IT!! Used it the same day I bought it.
Many Life-Flight Air Ambulance services offer insurance, check you area's service.
