Cough with new pm

Hi all. Quick question...Anyone out there coughing while even a bit active (like just walking) one month post dual chamber pm? It's not a cold. Started right after surgery. Looking forward to some responses. Thanks

Call and ask. They may need to tweak the settings.

Check you medications also

Some medications (BetaBlockers and others) can cause a cough also...

Diaphragmatic stimulation?

Since this started right after your surgery, it is very possible that your pacemaker could be stimulating your diaphragm due to a misplaced lead. I would definitely get it checked out soon because if it is diaphragmatic stimulation it will require another surgery to reposition whichever lead was placed too close to a nerve.
