Travel to Mexico and Caribean

Hello, I'm a novice PM patient, 2/16/16. Only traveled once so far , to Florida. No problem. Now , however Ill be going to either Mexico or Jamaica within the next 12 months? any tips, should I be concerned about ER treatment etc? I'm pretty nervous about the whole PM thing to start with.

Don't stress over the pacer! Do you often go to the ER at home? If not, there's no reason to think you will on vacation. Carry your id card, that's about it. You might want to consider travel insurance since most policies don't cover much outside the US.
