Same time daily palpitations

I have a 3 lead pacemaker and I have had daily palpitations at exactly the same time every day for a few weeks now. I feel like each lead pulses individually like a sequence. Anyone else ever experience this?

I experienced this also, but more than once a day. I finally remembered to ask my EPI nurse, and she said it also was my ICD self-checking itself. Very unnerving. I used to sit very still and wait until they went away, hoping nothing was wrong. Now I could care less. I just breathe and keep moving. Good luck.

I have a 2 lead dual chamber pm and I have palpitations but my pm tech said I wasn't having them

Check with your EP and see if they have the PM self-check at the same time you have the palpitations.

If not you can ask what else might be going on.
