blood pressure and heart rate

good morning.. lately my blood pressure have been up and my heart rate went up to 155 today.. is this normal.. its been a month since I had my pacemaker. my blood pressure normally be 112/80 or 115/70.. I been having headaches and I'm still sore and this morning where my pacemaker at is swollen

A HR of 155 is not normal.

I went to my doctor.. I had a EKG everything was fine.. they had me sit there for 20 minutes to see heart rate went up to 98 and back down to 70 at rest.. I go back on Thursday.. thanks everyone for the support
