I had my PM fitted in October 2015 - and I get the same feeling you are describing (but when moving my left arm) - potential adverse events when having a PM implanted include these two that I believe reflect the symptoms we are experiencing (but are not limited too - it could be something else obviously!) -

- Muscle and or nerve stimulation
- Myopotential sensing = "An electric signal arising in skeletal muscle which may be sensed by a pacemaker and falsely interpreted as a depolarization"

My surgeon recommended trying physio - he said if that didn't help we could talk about moving the PM BUT that could make it worse not better ..... they cut muscle and have damaged my nerves I know this as I have lost sensation and have permanent numbness in one area of my shoulder and constant pain :(

Feeling for you - hope but not sure we can get answers.....
