Muscle Ache Unabated

I did raise this problem about a month back. I went to GH for physiotherapy (only twice) and was taught to do some excercise which I do at home. At times when I overdid the excercise or accidentally streched my hand to get something higher up then my shoulder muscle would ache the rest of the day. Lying down and sleeping time is the most comfortable time. The pm seems to have settle in when I am lying down. I dread getting up. Sitting up from a lying position is a real discomfort. The pm seems to push itself into a position to accommodate my upright position. The pm will protrude out prominently. I can feel the heaviness of the pressure exerted by the pm to settle in when I am upright.
Anyone experience the same situation after more than 4 months post op.?
Just visited a private physiotherapy clinic. The therapist is qualified and university-trained. She suggested three treatments i.e. interferential therapy, ultrasound and infra red.
I believe some of these treatments may emit EMI. Hope to get opinions and advise from our members. I want to get over this problem as fast as possible because the discomfort reminds me that I have a pm in my body most of the time.
