I'm new to this club. I've had my PM for several years without any complications. I have a St. Jude's Medical 5826 with 2 leads. I'm wondering if anyone has tried the Xyngular diet products? It's expensive but I've seen people who have had amazing results! I've never tried diet supplements, so if anyone could let me know if they've tried this or any other products, I'd appreciate it!

Just looking for info

I will not try it regardless of what anyone says. I'm asking because as I said, I've had my PM for years and have never used a diet supplement. I was just asking if anyone has ever used them. I was wondering if they are safe because of their "all natural" claim. Sorry if my question offended you. I was just looking for info. I already know what my wallet can handle. I'm just wondering if anyone who has a PM has tried anything with the "all natural" claim. Not only do I have a PM, I also have MS, so the fatigue & pain are both overwhelming. I was just hoping to figure out something to give me a little energy, but not interfere with my PM.
Have a nice day.

respect to Ian (and I do mean that), I have had my Medtronic PM for 5 years and have been taking Shaklee supplements for 29 years. I am almost 79, still ski, hike the NH mountains, work out and generally feel great (except for the knees). I generally avoid promoting the product on this site even though I believe strongly in their effectiveness, because this site exists to help folks with their PM related issues.
No other supplement company has so many scientifically valid, peer reviewed studies supporting their products. FWIW, if you want to read about it PM me.
No offense intended to anyone with different point of view.

all natural

Before I take anything new I look it up on the internet. I'm most interested in side effects. This has kept me from ingesting a lot of things .
I applaud you for trying to find something that gives you more energy. It certainly seems more worthwhile than me going out and buying another baseball cap. But darn that cap looks great.
Good luck on your quest.
Natural is not necessarily good.

Some of the deadliest poisons known to man are naturally occurring and are present in plants and fungi
I would strongly recommend that you don't make a soup for your lunch from every plant in that field / hedgerow near to where you live.
Then there are naturally-occurring poison elements such as arsenic, mercury and lead.
One of the biggest myths of all time is that all-natural or organic substances are in some way safer than those that are man-made.
Companies which claim that it must be good because it's natural are simply lying and taking advantage of the gullible.
Those that make money out of untested substances, (and make claims that have no scientific evidence to back them up, ) are verging on the criminal IMHO

I agree

with everything you say. But keep in mind that the opposite is also true. Just because something is natural doesn't mean it can't be safe and effective. There are companies in the supplement industry that DO have scientifically valid, peer reviewed studies proving the efficacy of their products.
No to suppliments

I am diabetic, with high pressure and a PM and on and on ..
No to the additives , supplements and most all scams ..
Maintaining a healthy is, IMO, hard work ..
Being over weight is a psychological problem ..this is my take ..
So - be happy , ignore those who do not like your weight .. they can go to hell ..
The diet ? plenty of fat and roughage and protein .. No to sugars , most of them , and no to breads and pastries..NO to beverages other than milk and water .. YES to hard work and exercise ..this hard work is how I lost weight ..
Now., if one is obese..... Then ..bring in the doctors ...if you can find a good one , of course ..
You know you're wired when...
You have the perfect reason to show off your chest.

Like most diet scams , Xyngular works because it makes your wallet much lighter !
But I guess, Kelly, that if you have decided to try it , you will, regardless of what anyone on here says.
Other people in the PM club may have different views. Welcome !
Best of luck
Ian
