Laser Tag

Hello. I am new to the group. My son is just shy of 13 and has a Medtronic pacemaker. He would like to play laser tag with friends and his cardiologist said ok. Have any of you, or your kids, with a pacemaker ever played laser tag?

Healing process

Not that I know what I am talking about ... but, what about the "healing process" , even for a child ..
I do not completely trust doctors .. they are , seemingly, poor at listening ..

When I was his age, I would go laser tagging all the time with the church youth group. I never ran into a problem. In fact I up the danger and started playing paintball as I got older. Of course I put on extra protection in my left shoulder where mine sits. I wouldn't worry about it.
