RR program

I had the same experience. The Medtronic nurse removed the program when I raised the issue. Since then have been feeling ok. My hr can go up on its own when I do some walking.
Talk over with pm people.

rate response

That's rate response. It senses movement, thinks you are working out and raises your rate for you. It can be changed so it's less sensitive, but then it may not go up as easily when you want it to. Sometimes finding a balance is tricky.

I have had the same problem. It's uncomfortable but unless it is dangerous I will leave it alone. I want my rate to go up when I exercise.

Yes, it happens to me too. And it happens on airplanes a lot. At least you know what it is.
