You can do just about anything you were able to do before the implant. I don't know when you had your PM implanted but you should use your arm as normal so it doesn't tighten up, just don't raise it above your shoulder for about 6 weeks. Follow your Doctors instructions and you will be fine.
Welcome and feel better. If you have any questions, just ask. Many will help.

keep comfortable

Hi Sairam
Grateful Heart is correct. There really are very few restrictions, and these are really only around high-voltage apparatus. I notice that a lot of products these days are over cautious when it comes to advice e.g. I bought some small earphones a few months ago, and they said (way down in the small print) keep away from implanted devices. Really not necessary. You need to check stuff out but don't be alarmist or over cautious. I notice that your implant is recent. One thing no one mentioned to me was that it can take quite a while to be really comfortable with one of these devices - it took me 18 months to be fully mobile and flexible again after implant. By this I mean that you reach a point where you can forget that it's there; then again I'm in my late fifties so I probably don't adapt as quickly as I once did.
Hope this helps? Re-post if there is something specific you are worried about.
do's and don'ts

DON'T arc weld, tour a power plant, ride one of the crazy fast new roller coasters with magnetic brakes, sit right in front of giant commercial speakers. Most of us don't go through metal detectors, and we need to avoid wands above the waist. 3d scanners are fine. That's about it.
DO forget about it and get on with your life. No one ever told me I had to, but I am very careful to eat well and stay active. My electrical problems don't slow me down but I figure it would be pretty ungrateful to compound things by developing additional problems that could have been prevented with lifestyle choices. So I'm a bit of a health nut but that's not required ;)

You have a new body part.
