Chiropractor and PM

I promise this will be my last pre PM post. I have back injuries that need me to be adjusted often. At very least my husband applying quick pressure in mid back between shoulder blades as it goes in badly due to fall years ago. I actually sometimes think my arrythmias are way worse when I can tell my back is bad. Will I still be able to get adjustments with a pacemaker? This is a biggy for me. PM on Tuesday so trying to get my questions out. Thank you for your comments on my other posts. What a supportive group!

That doesn't have to be your last pre PM post. Tuesday is a looong time away. :-)

Ask whatever you need to ask. That's why we are here!

Per TracyE, the chiro guys are OK. I'm not in favor of them but others think they are OK.

An alternative suggestion is a licensed massage therapist.

Mine studied up on what not to do and what she could do. Did a little classroom study before working on me. Consequently major support. But I stress licensed and therapy. Some states in the USA allow unlicensed people to call themselves massage therapists. So if your state allows unlicensed massage, make sure you get a licensed therapist.

Same for me, hospital beds really mess up my neck.

Feel free to ask as many questions as you need.

Hope things go well for you.

Awesome!

You can do anything you want with the pm except get near big magnets. You'll want the chiro to be careful of the sore area, mostly do adjustments from your back or side for a while, but it's perfectly safe. I usually get in as soon as I can after a surgery because they inevitably mess up my neck in the hospital.

Thank you
