Tattoo Cover Up

I have a tattoo that I want to have covered up. I have a pacemaker and am on blood thinners. Had two heart attacks and a pacemaker put in 8 months ago. It will be where the pacemaker is. Has anyone ever had this done? I know what my doctor says, I still want to know of anyone that has actually had this done and what their experience was. Thanks for the input.

I would think the meds would be a bigger problem than the tats. They can 't put a new tattoo over the pm. Anywhere else is ok, just not directly over it. However, blood thinners complicate things so don't listen to us, your dr knows your history and is in the best situation to make a recommendation.
