Leede Research is conducting interviews with pacemaker patients in the Toronto area on behalf of Medtronic, a major medical device manufacturer. This is a standard study for getting user feedback on a new product for pacemaker patients to ensure it can be used easily by intended users, and will pose absolutely no risk to participants. There is no audio or video recording involved in this research, and all feedback will be held strictly confidential. This research is required for product development to ensure quality of the system, and is not related to marketing or sales, either now or in the future.
We are scheduling in-home interviews with pacemaker patients on Monday, March 30th and Tuesday, March 31st at various times. Interviews will last 60 minutes, and youâll be compensated with a check for $75 in appreciation of your time and feedback. If you are interested in participating, please reply to this post with your name and the best phone number(s) at which you can be reached.

It looks like the initial post was changed substantially, by giving some additional information. Although, I'd still be cautious about giving out any private information.

a scam?

One post and no information on poster cindia? Nope... with what's been presented, and the way it's presented, sounds like scam to get personal info.
First, how about what large medical organization is doing the research for starters. Then, why only in one city? Where's the link to, or information on references, etc.
