pm question

I am now 6 months post pm implant with a Medtronic dual lead for sss. I've been having odd problems such as getting shocked when entering numbers for 3 different electronic gate openers (I now get out of my car to punch in the numbers), a short-lasting tone that happened most recently a couple of mornings ago, and occasional vibration from the pm that feels like the cell phone vibration. Most recently I took a photo of a bank check to deposit and the screen on my iPhone was jumping, correlating to my pulse. I took the photo about 5 minutes later with no problem. And yesterday, the same thing happened when I was using my iPhone in the field for work. It only happened once out of about 15 photos. I'm also getting an occasional minor shock when I touch the stainless steel case of my microwave.
I will call the EP next week, as I'm due for my 6-month checkup. Am trying to figure out what is going on.....a cracked lead? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
