Necklace

I was fitted with a PM 7 weeks ago, and have recently decided to wear a silver cross on a silver necklace. Will this have any effect on my device, please.

The only thing we need to avoid is large magnets less than 6" from our device. Anything else- including jewelry and nearly any electronics you can name- are perfectly safe.

No it will not I wear silver necklaces all the time not problems just don't wear on with magnetic clasps but even those are not strong enough to effect your pacemaker but i thinks its better to just not wear magnets that can get close to the pacemaker...
